What is my vehicle model variant?
If you don’t know your vehicle model variant, you’re not alone. In some cases, it can be quite long and complicated to remember.
You can check your vehicle model variant details on your existing greenslip renewal notice or at the bottom of your registration renewal notice. You will also find your vehicle shape code next to it.
What happens if I’m unsure?
The greenslips.com.au Calculator gives you the option to choose “Unsure or other”. However, prices in the calculator always depend on the accuracy of the information you enter into the calculator. If you don’t select your vehicle model variant, your prices may not be accurate.
We understand it takes a few more moments to find your papers and choose the right variant. However, it means you can be confident the prices you receive are 100% correct.
