SIRA CTPAssist
The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) site is a valuable resource if you wish to make a CTP claim in NSW. SIRA operates CTPAssist to help people who want to make a CTP claim. It will guide you through the claims process.
For example, if you know the registration number of the vehicle that caused your injuries, CTPAssist can advise which insurer is the CTP insurer for that vehicle. Service NSW also provides a free greenslip and registration check service.

Use MySIRA to search insurance records held by SIRA and to lodge a complaint, enquiry or provide feedback.
